IntroductionH. the fossilis (Bloch) is burning indigenous fish cat dell'Sud-East Asia which is locally known Shing asSingi or in different areas of Bangladesh. Not only is recognized for its taste and exquisite market value but is also highly estimated by nutritional and medicinal properties of vision. The species is very high content of iron (226 mg/100 g) and reasonably high content of calcium compared to many other freshwater fish (Saha and Guha 1939). have high nutritional value fish is suggested in the diet of the sick and convalescents. Being a lean fish it is very suitable for people to understand the animal fats are undesirable (Rahman and others 1982). It is a very durable fish that can survive for several hours out of water because of respiratory organs accessories. This fish was abundantly available in our system of open water in alluvial soils, the channel of Beele and haors of Bangladesh. But because overfishing and environmental changes in its natural habitat, this species is threatened. The indiscriminate destructive practices have caused havoc to the aquatic biodiversity in Bangladesh (Hussain and Mazid 2001). I fossilis of H. is an endangered fish in Bangladesh (IUCN, Bangladesh 2000). Taking into account the relative condition threatened, high-value market and high consumer demand is essential to develop a suitable breeding, professional nurse and the elevation of technology and fry the fish sing. This technology useful to prevent fish to be extinct and at the same time this exquisite tasty fish will be available to rural people. This fish has huge potential for aquaculture and could easily develop into small ponds and ditches. To do so, an enormous amount of fish would be required for technology monocultures of the H. fossilis To provide the fish farmers financial and nutritional support, is essential to develop a technology that contains the monoculture sing. Lle provide little information on the development of technology sing in conventional monoculture are processed. The present study was undertaken to assess effects on the development and production of fish in this system of monoculture in Bangladesh.2. To methods2.1 study area and materials and experimental design The experiment was performed to the ponds of different elevation of non-farm seed fish of the Brahmaputra Government Puliamary, Shambhugonj, Mymensingh, Bangladesh. The large pond, fishes Singh trained power of an average weight (standard deviation) of ± 4.6 ± 0.04 g was stored in nine ponds from 0.06 ha with an average depth of 1.1 meters ± 0.31 on 1 September 2006. Folded three ponds were randomly assigned to each of three fingerling / ha density processing 123,500 (74100, and 98800). The banks of the pond were covered with netting and the crop has been proven in preparation of 2006 – 2007.2.2 ponds, the ponds of fertilizationThe and sock were dried, freed from aquatic vegetation, animal predators, exposed to full sunlight and had a well-planned entry and outlet. After drying, the lime (CaCO3, 250 kg ha-1) was extended to the bottom of the pond. All the ponds were filled with underground water. The seven days following the calcinatura, ponds fertilized with organic manure (cowdung @ 2470 kg / ha) .2.3 additional orders from feedingIn meet the increasing demand diet, a commercial fish feed, Saudi Bangla bought Saudi-Bangla by Company Industriale , Bangladesh. The composition of the next power was analyzed second 1984) methods dell'AOAC (, nitrogen free extract (NFE) by subtraction (Castell and Tiews 1980). The next composition (% of dry matter) of additional power supplies (crude protein, Lipido rough, crude fiber, ash and nitrogen-free extract) of experimental feeds was 32.21%, 7.70%, 10.19%, 18.16% and 31.74%, respectively. The power supplies were provided to fish at the rate (3-5) of% of their total biomass twice daily morning and afternoon starting from the first day of stocking. The ration has been examining the culture of open field once in every fortnight through the random sample of the parameters of ParametersPhysico-product chemical water quality stock.2.4 water of the pond was checked every two weeks between 9.00 and10.00 H. that the water temperature was recorded by a centigrade thermometer and acetate (cm) is was measured using a Secchi disc with a diameter of 20 cm. The dissolved oxygen and pH were measured directly using an electronic oxygen meter digital (Ysi, Model 58, USA) and an electronic PH METER (Jenway model 3020, United Kingdom). The total alkalinity was determined by the method titolometrico (CLESCERI et al.1989) .2.5 evaluations, development, survival, production and feeding more utilizationHarvest was conducted on April 1 to April 5 2007. The total yield (kg) and the number of Singiharvested from each pond were recorded. Twenty percent of the population from each pool at random were tested and individually weighed and measured for total length (TL) with the help a balance sensitive laptop (HL Model 400 EX) and a range of measures until they reach the importance of the market. The development in terms of weight, development relative (RG), the average daily gain (ADG ), The conversion of specific growth rate (SGR) and food (FCR) were evaluated. SGR and FCR were calculated according to Brown (1957); Castell and Tiews (1980) and other Gangadhara and 1997, respectively . After seven months, fish size of the table were collected from repeated cross-linked, followed by the release or dall'essiccamento ponds. The number of both species were counted and weighed state. Survival (%) and production ( number / ha) of fish were then calculated and compared between the analysis of the economic costs of analysisThe treatments.2.6 was in terms of per hectare make a standard. In the calculation of the cost, the variable (only input materials) was used. The gross return from the pond was the proceeds of sale of total fish production.2.7 data experimental data were analyzed with one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) using MSTAT test result of multiple range of € ™ s Duncan from the new to discover if any significant difference has existed between the means of treatment (Duncan 1955; ZAR 1984). Throughout the statistical analysis, the difference was deemed significant when P0.05) between different treatments during the study period. The average acetate disk Secchi has delayed significantly (P0.05). There were significant changes (P> 0.05) in the value of dissolved oxygen between treatments. The total alkalinity was higher in T2 treatment and lowest in T3 and treatment differ significantly (P
